Describes the details of procedure to be adopted in connection with the repetition of the Mahaganapatimantra and gives also the arrangement of the syllables constituting the Mantra, the nature of the Yantra relating thereto, etc. Beginning : दक्षिणामूर्तिरुवाच
गणानामधिपस्यायं मया मन्त्रः प्रवक्ष्यते । यस्य श्रवणमात्रेण विघ्नैर्मयों विमुच्यते ॥ इतः पूर्व मया नोक्तं यस्य कस्यापि पार्वति । कथयामि तव स्नेहात् शृणु मत्राणवल्लभे ॥ प्रणवं पूर्वमुच्चार्य श्रियं मायान्तथोच्चरेत् ।
मदनं काश्यपं पश्चात् गकारं बिन्दुसंयुतम् ॥ End :
इत्युक्तो गणनाथस्य मन्त्रस्सर्वोत्तमोत्तमः ।
सर्वाभीष्टप्रदा देवी किं पुनः श्रोतुमिच्छसि ॥ Colophon:
