Lopamudrā is the wife of the sage Agastya. She has been deified as a manifestation of Ambă; ani the repetition of this Mantra is intended to propitiate her. Beginning :
अस्य श्रीलोपामुद्राम्बामन्त्रस्य नित्यानन्दभैरव ऋषिः, गायत्री छन्दः, श्रीलोपामुद्राम्बा देवता; ही बीजं, ऐं शक्तिः, की कीलकं, मम श्रीलोपामुद्राम्बाप्रसादसिद्धयर्थे जपे विनियोगः । End:

ह स क ल हीं ह स क ल ह्रीं स क ल ह्रीं श्रीलोपामुद्राम्बाश्री ॥
