This Mantra is addressed to Lakşmigaņapati, one of the manifestations of Vinayaka. Its repetition is held to enable one to accomplish one's desires and to bring all people under one's infinence and control. Beginning:
अस्य श्रीलक्ष्मीगणपतिमहामन्त्रस्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः, गायत्री छन्दः, ग्लां बीजं, ग्ली शक्तिः, ग्लू कीलकं, मम इष्टकाम्यार्थसिद्धयर्थे जपे विनियोगः । End:
___ओं ब्लूं ह्रीं श्रीं क्लीं ग्लां गं गणपतये वरवरद सर्वजनं मे वशमानय स्वाहा ॥
