This Mantra is addressed to a certain Yaksiņi named Sulõoanā; and its repetition accompanied with certain ceremonial acts is believed to have the power to propitiate her and make her confer on the worshippor a pair of sandals having certain mysterious supernatural powers. Beginning:
षडङ्गन्यासं कुर्यात् । हेमप्राकारमित्यादिध्यानं पूर्ववत् । मन्त्र:
सुलोचने सिद्धिं देहि देहि स्वाहा । End:
शतपत्रोद्भवे(न)पुष्पे(ण) घृतयुक्तेन त्रिविंशतिसहस्रं होमं कुर्यात् । ततस्सुलोचना सिद्धा दद्यात्पादुकयोर्युगम् ॥
