It is also believed to be efficacious in removing the fear of harm from evil spirits, the fear of an inundation by water, and the fear of being put into enchaine bondage, eto. Acharya Shri Kailassagarsuri Gyanmandir Beginning : अस्य श्रीरामखङ्गस्तोत्रमन्त्रस्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः, गायत्री छन्दः, श्रीरामचन्द्रो देवता ; रां बीजं, रीं शक्तिः, रूं कीलकं, मम श्रीरामचन्द्रप्रसादसिद्ध्यर्थं गणपतिभयोदकभयबन्धनादिभय निवारणार्थे जपे विनियोगः । End: ओं ह्रीं श्रीं कीं हुं ओं खें खें क्षे फट् स्वाहा । श्रीरामचन्द्राय गरुडवाहनाय गजेन्द्रवरदाय श्रीरामचन्द्राय नमोऽस्तु नमोऽस्तु । ओं ह्रीं श्रीं कीं ओं यं ओं ह्रीं फट् स्वाहा || No. 7027. रामगायत्री. RĀMAGĀYATRI. Page, 1. Lines, 11 on a page. Begins on fol. 76 of the MS. described under No. 6090. Complete. This Mantra is in the form of the Gayatri-Mantra both in regard to its metre and in regard to the manner of contemplating the presiding diety, which manner consists in praying for inspiration to have thoughts about the deity contemplated. The word, Gayatri, implies that it protects the person who repeats that Mantra.
