On the ceremonial touching of certain parts of the body, while repeating at the maine time the series of the Mantra-formulas containing the successive letters of the alpbabet introduced into the Srividyā-mantra-formula in the natural as well as the reverse order. Beginning:
अथ विद्यान्यासः --
अस्य श्रीविद्यासम्पुटिनमातृकान्यासस्य दक्षिणामूर्तिः ऋषिः, पतिश्छन्दः, श्रीमहात्रिपुरसुन्दरी देवता ; ऐं क ४ व्यञ्जनानि बीजानि, सौः स ३ स्वराश्शक्तयः, क्लीं ह ५ व्यक्तयः कीलकं, ममेष्टदेवताप्रीतये विद्यासम्पुटितमातृकान्यासे विनियोगः । End:
ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं क १४ अं नमः स ३ ह ५ क ४ श्रीं ह्रीं ऐं इत्यादिक्षान्तं न्यसेत् ॥ Colophon:
