Contains Ullāsas 16 to 21. The sixteenth Udroka from the Parānandatantra is quoted herein and referred to in the colophon in a wrong place.
On the conduct of the worship of Śakti as given in various Āgama treatises.
There are two colophons at the end, of which one attributes the authorship of the work to Srinārāyaṇānandavātha, a disciple of Samvidānandanātha, and the other attributes it to Brahmanandanātha, a disciple of Šrilõkåpaudanātha.
