ऐं आत्मतत्त्वं स्वधा । क्लीं विद्यातत्त्वं स्वधा । सौः शिवतत्त्वं स्वधा । इत्याचम्य, बालया प्राणानायम्य, न्यासं कृत्वा, वामकरे जलं निक्षिप्य, अं वं रं यं हं इति पञ्चभूबीजैर्जलं विशोध्य बिन्दुमुद्रायां त्रिपुरावागीश्वरीश्रीपादुकां पूजयामीति मार्जनत्रयं कृत्वा ।

एवं ध्यात्वा ऐं क्लीं सौः त्रिपुरसुन्दरी विद्महे कामेश्वरी धीमहि । तन्नोऽनङ्गः प्रचोदयात् । यथाशक्ति जपं कुर्यात्. Colophon:
