On the quality and dimensions of the cloth to be attached to the temple flag-staff prior to the commencement of important festivals and ceremonies in temples. Beginning:
तत्तू(न्तू )त्थं क्षौमवसनं निर्दोषं सूक्ष्ममावृतम् । कार्पासं(च) यथावित्तं ध्वजार्थ कल्पयेहुधः ।। आयतं दशभिर्हस्तैर्विस्तीर्ण पञ्चभिर्दृढम् ।
मूलबेरसमायामं द्वारायाममथापि वा ॥ End:
अस्वातन्त्र्यादसामर्थ्याच्छ्रद्धादीनामभावतः । तस्मान्मानानि(नेषु) सर्वेषां न्यूनाधिक्योपशान्तये ।। समालोकय नेत्राभ्यां शीतलाभ्यां पटस्थित[म] । सर्वदोषापहारिभ्यां वैनतेय प्रसीद ओम् ।।
