न हि कालवादिनी श्रुतिः ; किन्त्वातिवाहिकदेवतार्थेत्यर्थः । काल एवात्र प्राधान्येनोच्यते नातिवाहिकी देवतेति स्मृतिमाश्रित्य शङ्कते--- नन्विति । तदुत्तरत्वेन सूत्रमवतारयति--अत्रेति । स्मार्तमुपासनं प्रत्ययं कालभेदविनियोगः स्मार्तोऽभ्युपगम्यते प्रत्यासत्तेरिति व्याचष्टे---योगिन इति । योगी दहराद्युपासक एव किं न स्यात्तत्राह-~म्माते चेति । नित्यमग्रिहोत्रादीश्वराराधनरूपेण.
