The ऋषि, छन्दस्, देवता and the app'ication and माहात्म्य of each Sūkta of the ten Mandalas are given in order in this work. Just at the point where this Anukramanikā should end, there is ग्रन्थपात. Then begins TUTTIST, which consists of certain ceremonics for the removal of various diseases personified as cruel and harmful beings. This portion is called Janet which in this codex, contains two chapters in full and only the beginning of the third chapter, These appear to be appendices added to the main work.

शौनक उवाच नियतं न हि वेदानां मन्त्राणां कलिदोषतः । कलिदोषनिवृत्त्यर्थ गायत्री पूजयेद्दिजः ॥ गायत्रीमन्त्रसिध्द्यर्थ गायत्रीमयुतं जपेत् । सर्वेषां वेदमन्त्राणां सिध्द्यर्थ लक्षकं ततः ॥ गायत्रीमन्त्रसिध्द्यर्थ सप्तव्याहृतिसम्पुटम् । अयुतं चेज्जपेत्पूर्व गायत्री सिद्धिदा तदा ॥
अग्निमोले नवमवुच्छन्दा(न्दो) ऋषिः, गायत्री छन्दः, आग्नेिर्देवता ।
अमिमीले जपेत्सूक्तं पापघ्नं श्रीकरं च यत् । पारायणफलं तस्य वेदानां चैव तत्सदा ॥ आग्नेयमाद्यसूक्तं तु मुख्यं ब्रह्मर्षिसम्मतम् । रायस्पोषकरं धन्यं जपन् विप्रोऽर्थमाप्नुयात् ॥ ऋषिस्सर्वमिदं जप्त्वा स पूतो नियतश्शुचिः । संहिताफलमानोति ऋग्वेदस्य न संशयः ।। एकादशगुणं ह्येतज्जपन् ब्रह्म सनातनम् । सर्वान् कामानवाप्नोति पापेभ्यश्च प्रमुच्यते ।।
