This is a work in verse treating of the Agnihotra sacrifice and closely following the VI Praśna of Āpastambaśrautasútra. It is said to have been composed by Kamakõțidikşita, son of Nārāyaṇa-Sūmayājin of the Bhāradvājagotra. Beginning :
यं सन्तः फम(लदं)मत्वा यत्नात् कर्माणि कुर्वते । चित(द)म्बरेशमालम्बे त सदाम्बिकया सह ॥ सुखबोधाय बाला(ना)मग्निहोत्रस्य कर्मणः । आपस्तम्बोदीरितस्य विवेकः क्रियते मया ॥
