In: Proceedings and Transactions of the Seventh All India Oriental Conference, Baroda, 1933, 5-10. Short description of mss. no. A to F sometimes with colophon and critical remarks. The Gilgit mss. (birch bark and paper) were found in a wooden box in the summer of 1931.

List of 11 palm leaf books from the Danish-Halle Mission at Tranquebar.
These manuscripts - Sanskrit, Tamil and Telugu etc. were acquired from the missionaries at Tranquebar by Heinrich Gerdes (1690-1741). Subsequently, William Hunter probably purchased the same from Gerdes widow sometime after 1765 and certainly before 1780. Presently the collection is housed in the Glasgow University Library
