only way to liberation. No other efforts are necessary for reaching the final state of liberation. While the Northern school (Vadagalais) holds that prapatti is one and not the only way to liberation. The former believes in the marjāra nyāya (Aisi 2719) -- the cattheory, according to which, the kitten is taken up by the cat with its mouth, similarly the individual soul has only to surrender to God and has nothing else to do; God would release it by His grace; while the latter school believes in the markața-nyāya (HDCam) — the monkey-theory, according to which, the young monkey is required to exert to stick to the mother; the individual soul has to keep vigilant to be always with God. Rāmānuja further holds that the individual soul assumes complete humility before God and likes to serve Him as its master (Frat). It takes delight in giving itself up to the Supreme Self, it obtains His grace and enjoys the pleasure of His service - kainkarya (mini) or Dāsatva (crara). It takes positive happiness in serving such an omniscient and merciful God. Rāmānuja further believes that only those who are qualified by their single devotion to God are shown grace by God, and they finally reach the state of liberation. He alone who has superabundance of love for God becomes dearest (priyatamaḥfraga:) to God.'
