pure, immutable, all-pervading; but on account of ignorance, appears to be under bondage. When the soul experiences its real and pure nature, it attains Mokșa.
The Gîtā is eclectic. It is interpreted in different ways by Samkara, Rāmānuja, jñānešvara, Tilak, Sri Aurobindo. The Gitä exercises tremendous spiritual influence on the Hindus.
