Description
Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting legible; two lines in black ink on either border; topics and names of authorities quoted tinged with red pigment; paper very old, worn out and musty; text is written only one side of paper; two leaves joined frame one folio; foll. 1, 2, 13, 15, 17-20, 24-25, 31 missing; incomplete.
Age - Appears to be very old.

The codex is Mitākṣarā on Prāyaścittadhyāya beginning with the 18th line of page. 161 of Gharpure's edition of Mitākşarā ( Bombay, 1914 ) and ending on the 27th line of p. 324. It is a mistake to call it Samskaradharmasastra, the name given by Peterson in his Report (III of 1884-86).
