A work on recitation of auspicious mantras at the beginning of a ceremony, with special reference to Garbhadhāna ceremony. Age - Appears to be old. Author - Anonymous. Subject — Dharma. Begins - fol. 16 श्रीगणेशाय नमः ।। 879 på afstand etc. as in No. 572 / 1883-84. Description - Country paper; Devanāgari characters; handwriting legible; two lines in red ink on either border; benedictory phrase, names of speakers and topics tinged with re 1 pigment; paper old, musty and slightly worm-eaten. The codex contains :(1) Puttalakavidhi, (2) Śrāddhavidhi No. 574 ii)/1883-84 and (3) Tripādaśānti, No. 574 iii) / 1883-84. The Puttalakavidhi treats of burning an effigy of a person who dies abroad. Our text is almost the same as that of Weber's Cat. of Berlin Mss., p. 323, No. 1113. ... 34
