bad; benedictory phrase, names of speakers and colophons are tinged with red pigment; paper old, worn out, musty and repaired.
The codex contains 22 chapters; first 10 chapters bear the colophon इति श्री पराशयें धर्मशाने उत्तरखण्डे etc. The next 12 chapters are identical with Laghuparāsarasmrti (No. 148/ 1884-86). The first 10 chapters deal with the details of Visnu
-worship. Age-Appears to be old. Author - Parasara. Subject - Dharma. Beging-fol. 10

मुनय ऊचुः॥ विस्तरेण समाख्याहि हरिसंश्रयणं परं । कथमाश्रयणं नृणां कथमाराधनं विभो ॥१॥
. श्रीपराशर उवाच ।। वक्ष्यामि मुनयः सर्वे विष्णोराश्रयणक्रियां । मंत्रदीक्षाविधिं चैव तत्तत्पूजाविधि तथा ॥२॥ etc.
