Paribhāṣādharmasastra(?) from Smṛtisamgraha

The work deals with Homa, Vivāha and Śrāddha. It is written in prose and verse; there are some verses which are called kärikäs followed by prose commentary. The work cannot be identified. Its name Paribhāṣādharmasastra is given by some scribe because the work starts with the technical terms used in the Homa. There is no indication as to why it should be ascribed to Nilakantha as done on the wrapper of the Ms. and followed by Kane in his Hist. Dh. I, 672b (3). Samvat 1728.
