The Ms. is named as Pañcakundividhana, because the legend of is written on the left-hand top-margin of foll. 11-49. But in fact, the work deals with sarvadevapratiṣṭhā and is based on several standard works which are enumerated in the following verses by the author
कमलाकरं विलोक्याय (थ) प्रतिष्ठासारदीपिकां । मयु (यू) खं च समालोक्य प्रतिष्ठादर्पणं तथा ॥ ६ ॥ वास्तुदेवकृतां सम्यक् प्रतिष्ठारत्नमालिकां । बालानां सुखबोधाय प्रयोगकरणाय च ॥ ७ ॥ प्रतिष्ठा सर्वदेवानां प्रासादसहितोच्यते ।
तत्र प्रायः प्रतिष्ठासारदीपिकानुसारी ऋजुप्रयोगः । According to Kane (Hist. Dh. I, p. 586) Pratisthāsāradipikā was composed by Panduranga Takale, son of Cintāmani, at Pañcavati, in 1780 A. D. Hence, our author Bajambhatta, must have flonrished later than 1780.

श्रीगुरुभ्यो नमः ॥
वक्रतुंड नमस्तुभ्यं सर्वविघ्ननिवारक
