legible; twa lines in black ink on either border; benedictory phrase, marks of punctuation, topics, names of authorities quoted and colophon at the end tinged with red pigment; paper old, worn out, musty and slightly worm-eaten; the work is incomplete; list of contents given in 2 folios at the end.
A work on fixing the dates for religious ceremonies yrafas, śrāddha, vivāha, upanayana, etc. by Acala Dviveda, a nāgara brāhmana of Gujarat, composed in Sam. 1575. Our author was the son of Vatsarāja, son of Govinda, son of Lakşmidhara, son of Anantadeva, son of Dbārigadeva. The last named lived at VỊddhapagara. Our author wrdte also Mahārudra
paddhati and Sarikhāyanāhnika. Age — Appears to be old Author -Acala. Subject - Dharma.
