श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ ____ॐ मधेत्यादि अमुकगोत्रोऽमुकशर्माहं देवर्षिपितृतुष्टयर्थ यजुःशाखोत.
तर्पणमहं करिष्ये ॥ इषे त्वोजें स्वा वायव स्थ देवो वः सविता प्रापयतुः - श्रेष्टतमाप कर्मण etc. . Ends - fol. 5a
_* देवा गातुविदो गातुं वित्या गातुमितमनुसंस्थत इमं देवशं स्वाहा वाते धाः॥ इति देवताभ्यो नमः विसर्जयेत् ॥ इति तर्पणं समाप्तम् ॥ संवत् १९१५ शाके १७८० मार्गकृष्णसप्तम्यां शनिवासरे शुभम् तर्पणेन विधानेन देवर्षिपितृकर्मणा। कात्यायनिमहाराजकालिदासेन संग्रहः ॥ १॥ श्रीलक्ष्मीदेव्यै नमः ।।
