- एतेन क्रोधनिबंधनशा पोक्तेरप्रामाण्यादयुक्तमेतदिति चोद्यमानवकाशपराहृतं ध्येयं ॥ छ ॥
कुमारोति प्रसिद्धेन व्यंकटेशेन धीमता । कृता सत्कर्मनिष्ठानधर्मनिर्णयदीपिका ॥
इति प्रतिष्ठानस्थित कुमारित्युपनाम्ना व्यंकटेशेन विरचिता मध्वोपयोमी धर्मनिर्णयदीपिका समाप्तः ॥ रामकृष्णमुळिना लिखितमिदं पुस्तकं ॥ शक्रे १६८८ व्ययनाम संवत्सरे मार्गशीर्ष शु८ भौमे ॥ छ ॥ छ ॥

Extent – 103 leaves; 7 lines to a page; 24 letters to a line. Description - Modern water-marked paper; Devanagari characters; several handwritings, all legible; two or three lines in red ink on either border; benedictory phrases, colophons at the end of chapters, etc. irregularly tinged with red pigment; paper musty.
Dharmanaukā 370 1891-95
The work was written at the requst of Atmārāma a judicial officer "at Nidhivāsa (probably the town which is now called Nevase) on the river Pravara in zilla Ahmednagar, by a recluse named Advaitendra who used io live in a charitable institution outside the town. This section was finished in the Salivāhana year 1702 (A. D. 1780) in the month of Kārtika on the fifth day of the dark fortnight." Kathavate's Report 1891-95 (Bombay, 1901), pp. 13-14. following are the topics:कालस्वरूप संक्रां तिनिर्णय, मलमासनिर्णय, वेब, सामान्यतिथिनिर्णय, एकभक्त, न, नक्षत्रवत काल, व्रतपरिभाषा, सूतकादिनिर्णय, व्रतोपवासादितिथिनिर्णय. Colophon at the end of 1st Ch. on fol. 390 - इति श्रीमत्परमहंसपरिव्राजकाचार्य श्रीमत्कृष्णैद्रपादशिष्या द्वैतद्रयति विरचितायां धर्मनौकायां प्रथमं प्रकरणं । द्वादशमासकृत्य is dealt with in the secoud section.
