Extent. - 146 leaves ; 12 lines to a page ; 39 letters to a line. Description. - Country paper thin, rough and grey; Devanagari Characters; handwriting medium small but clear and uniform. Borders ruled with double black lines. Yellow. pigment used occasionally for corrections. Important key-words smeared with red chalk. The beginning is rewritten in a different hand and a different ink on a thin strip of paper pasted on at the proper place. In the same hand and ink the verse following the colophon is written, as also foll. 125-8, and the correction of foliation numbers thereafter.

श्रीकृष्णाय नमः ॥ अभवदतिरसालं जिह्म विद्युज्जटालं प्रलयजलदजालं यत्कृपालंकृतेषु ॥ शिशिर मुखमयूखैर्भक्त संतापहार स विभुरखिलकालं मदृशां गोचरोस्तु ॥ १ ॥ नमामि श्रीमदाचार्यांन् प्रभून् श्रीविठ्ठलेश्वरान् । it करुणापूर्ण मादृशां सर्वसिद्धिदे ॥ २ ॥ तत्पुत्रान् सह सूनुभिर्निजगुरून् श्रीकृष्णचंद्राकयान् । भतया नम्य पितामहं यदुपात तातं च पीतांबरं ॥ संवीक्ष्योपनिषत्कृतिस्मृतिगणं भाष्याणि सूत्राण्यपि । प्रस्थानैर्विविधैर्युतान्यथ मया वादावली तन्यते ॥ ३ ॥
दीपभाष्यप्रभृति सौक्ष्म्येण सुस्थिता वादाः ॥ यद्येतानवतार्य प्रकटीकुर्वेत्र युक्तिमद्वाक्यैः ॥ ४ ॥
