यावत्सत्यपयोधियः सगिरियः ॥ स्तिष्ठति पृष्ठे भुवः॥ यावच्चावनिमंडलं फणिपतेरास्ते फणामंडले
तावत्सद्भिषजः पठंतु परितो श्रीयोगरत्नाकरः॥ इति श्रीवेयशास्त्रे योगरत्ने परोपकारसमाप्तः। श्रीराम जइ । यादर्श पुस्तकं दृष्ट्वा तादशं लिखितं मया । यदि शुद्धमशुद्धं वा मम दोपो न
विद्यते ॥ भग्नपृष्टिकटिग्रीवस्तब्धदृष्टीरधोमुखः। कष्टेन लिाखतं ग्रंथं यत्नेन प्रसिपाही येत् ॥ इदं पुस्तकं खासगत............(erased) उपनाम .............."
