Extent.— 42 leaves; To lines to a page ; letters 32 to a line. Description. Country paper; Devanagari characters ; hand-writing legible, there are two hand-writings one, irregular and extending upto fol. 3b; the other, a litte better and running upto the end ; fol. 23 is missing; fol. 272 is blank and fol. 27b has only two lines. It is a collection of prescriptions from numerous works, the names of which are quoted. After each prescription its serial number and the total number of verses are given. It is incomplete and very corrupt.
Age.- Appears to be modern.

अक्षीणः क्षीणकर्मा वचनपथमतिक्रम्य जो दूरवर्ती
स श्रीमानादिनाथस्तव दिसतु सदा मंगल पुण्यमूर्त्ति ॥ १ ॥
किं तद्वर्णचतुष्टयेन वनजं वर्णैस्त्रिभिर्भूषणं
आवेकेन महीद्वयेन विहगो मध्यद्वये प्राणदः
व्यस्ते गोत्रतुरंगचारि कुसमं प्रांते च संप्रेषणं
ये जानंति विचक्षणा क्षितितले तेषाम्यहं किंकरः ॥ २ ॥ ॥ इति नमस्कारः ॥
गणनाथं नमस्कृत्य सर्वविघ्नविनासनं । सिद्धिबुद्धिप्रदातारं तम अज्ञाननासनं । सरस्वती नमस्कृत्य नमस्कृत्य गुरून्प्रति । पाकार्णव वयं कुर्म्म आयुर्वेदानुसारतः ॥ ४ ॥
