Extent.— 69 leaves ; 5 lines to a page; 22-24 letters to a line. Description.— Country paper; Devanagari characters; hand-writing good; it is supplied with notes on the tops of lines. These notes are in black ink till fol. 6, but afterwards in red ink. Upto fol. 46, the colophons are written in red ink. Folios 14 and 694 contain the list of the contents of पूर्वार्ध and उत्तरार्ध respectively. The text begins with the 12th verse of No. 122.

अथ पथ्यापथ्य लिख्यते ॥ अथ ज्वरपथ्यापथ्यं ॥ स्नानं विरेचं सुरतं कषायं व्यायाममभ्यंजन मंह्नि निद्रा । दुग्धं घृतं वैद्यलमामिखं च तक्रं स्वरास्वादु गुरुद्रवं च ॥ १ ॥ etc. same as in No. 122.

निद्राभयं धूमविधिः क्षुधाश्व कटुम्लमुदनं तिक्तं च सात्म्यदिनार्द्धकेलं विषातुरो नैव भेत्कदाचित् ॥ ६२ ॥
इति विषरोगपथ्यापथ्यं इति श्रीवैद्यकग्रंथपथ्यापथ्यसंपूर्ण मंगलं लेषकानां च पाठिकानां च मंगलं मंगलं सर्वलोकानां भूयो भूपतिमंगलं भग्नपृष्टीकटिग्रीवं वंधत्रष्टि अधोमुषं कष्टिन लीषता ग्रंथं यत्नेन परिपालयेत् ॥ मीति जेष्ट बुद ९ संवत् १९०९ शाके १७७४
