Description.— Country paper; rough, hard, musty and discoloured; Devanagari character; handwriting clear, uniform and legible; borders ruled with two double spaced red lines; red bars indicate sentence pausa; all foll. are double; besides the pagination fol. 2 has 289 and fol. 14, 301, and so on on the right margin; fol.1a has a floral design between the spaced border lines; missing fol. 56,63,64,74,98,99, 141-3, 148-201,210,211,217; 245-6; on the other hand one double fol. is numbered 91 in opposition to one fol. (i.e; No. 229 = 230 ) being given two numbers. The title of the Ms. is doubtful, but the author is beyond doubt Brahmananda on account of the second verse and the frequently repeated verse तर्कैस्सारस्वतै: etc.; there is no colophon
