The code begins with the religious ceremonies like snāna, dāna, etc., to be performed by a man on his deathbed (upto fol. 6). Then follow the rites and duties to be performed by relatives of a dead person upto the ceremony of śravani on trayodasaha (13th day after death). The work is described as Dhanantara-( Dhanvantari?) Siva samvada. Aufrecht notices only our Ms. in his Catalogus Catalogorum, II, 8b.
