legible ; one thick line in red ink on either border ; benedictory phrase, marks of punctuation and the colophon are tinged with red pigment; paper very old, worn out, musty and the ink is faint ; last folio is almost illegible; fol. 50b blank.

श्रीगणेशाय नमः॥ उक्तो वाजसनेयेन याज्ञवल्क्येन धीमता।
आचारो द्विजवाणां सुबोधः कथ्यतेधुना ॥१॥ . तत्र दक्षः। प्रातस्थाय कर्तव्यं यद्विजेन दिने दिने ।
तदहं संप्रवक्ष्यामि द्विजानामुपकारकं ॥२॥ उदयास्तमनं यावाविप्रः क्षणिको भवेत् ।
नित्यनैमित्तिकैयुक्तः काम्यैश्चान्यैरगर्हितः॥३॥ etc. Ends.- fol. 74b.
अमावास्याष्टमी चैव पूर्णमासी चतुर्दशी। ब्रह्मचारी भवेनियमष्टतौ स्नातके द्विजः॥३॥ योगी एवं गच्छन् स्त्रियं क्षामां मघां पोष्णं च वर्जयेत् सुस्थ इंदौ सकृतपुत्रं लक्षण्यं जनये पुमान् ॥४॥
