Our codex forms part of Pariseşakhanda of Hemadri's Caturvargacintamani. It deals with the consecration of all the gods which forms sub-section of işṭāpurtadharmanirupaṇa. Haraprasad Shastri's Cat. of Asiatic Society of Bengal, vol. III, nos. 1938 and 1942 are identical with our ms. Our ms. does not form part of Kalanirnaya portion of Parisesakhanda. Most probably it belongs to Devataportion of the latter.
Age. — Appears to be very old.

श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥
कल्याणानि द( दा ) ति वो गणपतिर्यस्मिन्नतुष्टे सति -होदयस्यपि कर्मणिप्रलवितुं ब्रह्मापि जिह्मायते । जाते यच्चरणप्रणामि सुलले सौभाग्यभाग्योदये रंकस्यां कमरंकुशा निविशते देवेंद्रलक्ष्मीरपि ॥ १ ॥ etc.

चिंतामणी महाशास्त्रे कृते हेमाद्रिसूरिणा । सोद्यापनं पूत्तंकर्मप्रां (प्रो ) क्तं खंडे तुरीयके ॥ १ ॥ वि... द्विजवेषमेषसपर्व हेमाद्विरितिप्रतिमः उदारसंतानवतोयदस्य कल्पद्रुमं दक्षिण वाहुमाहुः ॥ २ ॥ अथामुना धर्मकथादरिद्रं त्रैलोक्यमालोक्यबळेर्बळेन ।
