177 No. 407 Size.-12 in. by 5t in. Extent.— 64 leaves ; 13 lines to a page ; 34 letters to a line. Description.- Country paper; Devanāgari characters; several
handwritings, legible; benedictory phrase, verse-numbers, topics and the last colophon are tinged with red pigment; paper old, slightly worn out and musty; righthand top corner of the last leaf is torn off.
A work dealing with śānti ceremonies in order to obviate the evil influence of planets by Yoddhịrāja, son of Harisankara, composed in Sam. 1853. Kane notices another work of this name by Ganapati Rävala, son of Harisankara, about 1686 (See Hist. Dh. I, p.544). Yoddhprāja author of the present codex, cannot be a brother of Gana patis if the l'atter's age is about 1686 A.D.
