श्रीगणेशाय नमः श्रीसरस्वत्यै नमः श्रीगुरुभ्यो नमः नमो रुद्राय यद्धर्मशास्त्रं गौतमनिर्मितं क्रियते हरदत्तेन तस्य वृत्तिमिताक्षरा - वेदो धर्ममूलं ॥ कर्मजन्यो ऽभ्युदयनिःश्रेयसहेतुपूर्वाख्यआत्मविशेषगुणो धर्म: तस्य मूलं प्रमाणं वेदो मंत्रब्राह्मणात्मकः जातावेकवचनं चत्वारो वेदा ऋग्यजुसामा

इति धर्मोधर्मः॥ सोयमादितो वेदो धर्ममूलमित्यारभ्यैवमंतो धर्म उक्तः द्विरुक्तिः शास्त्रपरिसमाएमर्था ॥ गौतमोक्ते धर्मशास्त्रे हरदत्तकृताविह॥ __ अष्टाविंशोयमध्यायो वृत्तौ दायः समापितः ॥२८॥

legible ; benedictory phrase, topics and names of authorities quoted are tinged with red pigment. The first 9 folios are added later on; the paper appears to be whiter and of later date. The rest of the ms. is on old and musty paper. Fol. 32 is repeated.
