A short treatise on gotras and pravaras by Sadārāma Tripathin, son of Devesvara Tripathin,a Nagara brahmin. It is the only ms. mentioned by Aufrecht in his Catalogus

श्रीगणेशाय नमः॥ विश्वेश्वरं गणाध्यक्षं शारदां निखिलान्मुनीन् । अभिवंध प्रवक्ष्यामि गोत्रप्रवरनिर्णयं ॥१॥ नित्यं नैमित्तिकं काम्यं कर्मोक्तं त्रिविधं स्मृतं ।
तदंगगोत्रप्रवराः सर्वे प्रोक्ता विभागशः॥२॥ etc. Ends.- fol. 5.
आरूढपतितापत्यं ब्राह्मण्यां यश्च शूद्रजः।
सगोत्रोढा सुतश्चैव चंडालास्त्रय ईरिता । इति यमवचनादिति शिवम् ॥ ॥ इति श्रीमन्नागरकुलावतंसत्रिपाठीदेवेश्वरात्मजत्रिपाठीसप्तरामकृतो गोत्रप्रवरनिर्णयः समाप्तः ॥ ॥ संवत् १७५६ चैत्रकृष्ण५ सूर्ये लिखितं सैन्ये ।
