Description.- Modern water-marked paper; Devanāgari chara cters ; handwriting good.
A work on gotras and pravaras, which from its beginning and end shows that it is incomplete; on the top corners of left-hand borders (first folio, right hand) we find संस्कारमु• written. Can it be a part of Samskāramuktavali by Tanapāthaka? But we do not find this text in our Ms. of Samskāramuktāvali.
Age.- Appears to be modern.

अथ संक्षेपेण गोत्रप्रवर निर्णयः तौ च भिन्नौ निषेधनिमित्तं सगोत्राय दुहितरं न प्रयच्छेदित्यापस्तंबोक्तेः असमानप्रवरैर्विवाह इति गौतमोकेश्च तत्र गोत्रलक्षणमाह etc.
