The Ms. starts with Vedic mantra-pratikas running upto the 2nd line of fol. 28, after which follow verses in anustubh metre, numbering 242. The subject-matter is ceremonies of domestic ritual.

Extent.— 124 + 3 ( = 127 ) leaves ; 15 lines to a page ; 37 letters to a line.
Description.- Water-marked paper: Devanagari characters hand - writing legible ; two lines in black ink on either border ; benedictory phrase, topics, names of authorities quoted and colophons are tinged with red pigment; paper has been so very well treated with red smoke, etc. that it gives an appearance of being at least 4 or shundred years old ; it is very musty, much worn out, brittle and soiled, three leaves at the end give contents.
