श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ हरिः ॐ म् ॥ ॥ अथ भूतशुधिः
यजमानेन वृतोहं अमुकन्नतोद्यापनांगत्वेन विहितं आचार्यकर्म करिष्ये ॥ तदंगत्वेन शरीरशुध्यर्थं भूत
शुधि प्राणप्रतिष्ठांतर्मातृकाबहिर्मातृकान्यासांश्च करिष्ये ॥ ॐ परिवह भूतानि पृथिव्यंतरवासिनः । आसनादौ नमस्कृत्य ब्रह्मकर्मसमारभेत् ॥ etc.

Description. — Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting bad, two irregular lines in black ink tinged with red pigment on either border; benedictory phrase, marks of punctuation, topics and the last colophon tinged with red pigment; paper very old, much worn out and musty. The Ms. was copied in Sam. 1458 during the reign of King Bhimavijaya, son of Mahārāja Sri Hariraja for Bana-(na) ditya, son of Sarvaditya of Śrīmāla family.
