Description.-Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting legible; two lines in black ink on either border; topics, colophon, benedictory phrase are tinged with red pigment irregularly; paper old, worn out and musty; last four leaves are very much worn out and brittle; foll. 10, 18-28, 33-34 wanting; it breaks off abruptly. On fol 15b we read the following colophon-AZAश्रीखंडेराय संगृहीतेऽस्मिन् । समपूरि कृष्यरत्ने प्रथमः समयप्रकाशोयम् ॥

Our author was the son of Haribhaṭṭa, grandson of Nārāyaṇabhaṭṭa and great-grandson of Ramacandra, "Nārāyaṇabhaṭṭa was honoured by the king of fa (Kane). The work is in 8 prakāśas; our codex is a fragment. The author mentions Hemādri, Madhaviya and his own Samskäraratna.
