Description.- Country paper; Devanāgari characters; handwriting
good; three lines in red ink on either border; benedictory phrase, verse-numbers, topics and colophon at the end tinged with red pigment; paper old, worn out, musty and worm-eaten; fol. 12 repeated.
A treatise on the construction of Kundas in 69 verses by Govinda, son of Gadādhara of Mädbyandina Sākhā;' the author composed his work at Junnar in 1691-92 A.D. it is accompanied by the commentary Prabha by Ananta, son of Siddhesvara, residing at Pallipattana (which, according to Dr. Kane, is identical with Pāli in Bhor State). The text is printed in Kundagranthavimsati,

विलसितकरदंडं विघ्ननाशैकचंडं। वितरितबुधपंडं संलसच्छूलर्पिडं
विदलितरिपुकांडं नौमि तं वक्रतुंडं ॥१॥ etc. Comm.-॥श्रीगणेशाय नमः॥ श्रीकुळदेवतायै नमः॥
वंदेहं विबुधौघमौलिविलसन् मालार्चितांघ्रिद्वर्य रामं नीरदनीळकोमळतनुं श्रीजानकीसंयुतं । शश्वन्नारदगौतमादिमुनिभिः संस्तूयमान मुदा लोकानंदकरं परं सुभुजतां श्रेयस्करं भास्वरं ॥१॥ हेरबंस्य पदं नत्वा प्रत्यूहव्यूहनाशकं ।
