This work is different from Kalanirṇayadipikavivaraṇa by the same author. The subject-matter is, of course, the same. It starts with Upanayanakala, then discusses the different tithis, utsavas, etc. in detail and at the and differentiates between gauna and mukhya kala. Actually speaking, this Ms. is a plagiarism from Hemādri's Pariseṣakhanda of Caturvargacintāmaņi.
