कृता मीमांसाभूभृतावराहेण । पंचममिदं प्रकरण प्रपंचितं तर्कतिलकेन ॥
खमुनि रसेंदुमितेब्दे माधवशुक्ल द्वितीयायां ।
रचितं विवरणमेतन्मनीषिणा तर्कतिलकेन ॥ ५ ॥

Size - 102 in. by 4g in. Extent.— 190 leaves ; 11 lines to a page ; 42 letters to a line. Description. Country paper; Devanagari characters with occasionals; handwriting good; four lines in black ink on each border; benedictory phrase, topics and the colophon are tinged with red pigment; paper is very old, musty and worn out; ink has blackened the surface of leaves.
A treatise on the times and seasons suitable for the performance of religious rites. It is quoted by Madhavacārya in his Kalamadhava, Raghunandana and others, while the latest authorities it quotes are Smṛticandrikā, Apararka and Kalpataru. The author is the pupil of Viśveśvarācārya.
