A treatise dealing with Ursot sarga (letting loose a bull) for the sake of obtaining some desire, meant for the followers of the schools of Asvalāyana, Taittirīya and Kātyāyana. It mentions Hemādri. श्रीगणेशाय नमः।
श्रीलक्ष्मीनृसिंहाय नमः॥ अथ काभ्यवृषोत्सर्गप्रयोगः समूलो लिख्यते ॥ स च कार्तिक्या पौर्णिमास्यां वृषोत्सर्गविधिभविष्ये ॥
कार्तिक्यां तु वृषोत्सर्गो विवाहः शुभलक्षणः etc. Ends.-fol. 13b.
इति वृषवस्सतरीष्वनेकस्यापि उपादानावास्यांगीकारात् । इति कातीयवृषोत्सर्गः॥ यावंति तस्य रोमाणि शरीरे संति संख्यया।
तावद्युगसहस्राणि स्वर्ग वसति तत्प्रदः॥ इति काम्यवृषोत्सर्गः समासतः आश्वलायनतैत्तिरीयकातीयानां प्रयोग: समाप्तः॥ श्री शके १७१७ राक्षसनाम संवत्सरे कार्तिकशुक्लनवम्यां पुण्यनगरे: संगमेश्वरकरज्योतिर्विदुपनायकभैरवदैवज्ञास्मजरघुनाथेन लिखितोस्ति ॥ शुभमस्तु ॥ Then follow some verses on muhurtas.
