Extent.— 3 leaves ; 12 lines to a page; 37 letters to a line. Description. Country paper; Devanagari characters; handwriting legible; two lines in red ink on either border; leaves seem to have been folded in the centre and hence they are divided into two leaves,-the right half and the left half; paper old, worn out and musty; corrections made on the margins.
Age. - Appears to be old.

हस्तेनौषधिभावे वा पंचम्यां श्रावणस्य तु ।
अभीयंत इत्यध्याया वेदास्तेषामुपाकर्माक्यं कर्म श्रावणस्य पौर्णमास्यां भवणेन वा नक्षत्रेण हस्तेन वा युक्तायां पंचम्पामौषधिप्रादुर्भावे सति कार्यमिति etc.
प्रवचनशब्देन परोपाकर्मैवेति सित्धमित्यर्क बहुविस्तरेण || स्वाभिप्रायेण हि मया न किंचिदिह ईरितं । किं तु वाचकं सर्वमतो प्राह्मैव निर्भयैः इति वैराजक्षेत्र स्थिताया चितोपनामक मयुरेश्वरदीक्षितात्मजेन बाळदीक्षितेन विरिचितोयमुपाकर्मनिर्णयः समाप्तः ॥ मयुरेश्वरा
