The work is a commentary by the author on the first chapter of his own work called Caturvinśatimata, which gives an analysis of the views of twenty-four Rṣis renowned as authorities on Hindu law. It has three sections, viz. Acāra, Prāyaścitta and Srāddha, in 544 anustubh verses. The Ms. breaks off abruptly giving only the name of author's father.
