कतिपयवः विधानं विधाय बहकालं राज्यं कृत्वा दत्वा अमितं जयमुनिसमीपे दीक्षा जग्राहः बाह्याभ्यंतरेण तपसा मुक्तिं जगामः । अन्योपि यः इदं विधानं करिष्यति । सोपि इग्विधां विभूतिं प्रापयिष्यति सुभं मस्तुः सर्वजगतः
श्रीपद्मनंदी मुनिराजपट्टे । शुभोपदेसी सुभचंद्रदेवः श्रीसिद्धचक्रस्य कथावतारं । चकार भव्यांबुजभानुमाली ॥१॥ सम्यग्दृष्टिविसुद्धात्मा। जिनधर्मे च वत्सलः जालाक कारयामास । कथां कल्याणकारिणी ॥२॥
