छ । श्री ॥ छ ॥ संवत् १६१३ वर्षे श्रावणसुदि ५ वारशनौ 'मालव'मध्ये लिषतं 'हाथोद ग्रामे। श्री श्रु(शुभं भवंतु
जादशं पुस्तके द्रष्ट्वा तादशं लिखितं मया ।।
