1880–81. Size.— 18 in. by 24 in. Extent.-- 142+7+1=150 leaves; 6 to 7 lines to a leaf; 65 to 70
letters to a line. Description.- Palm-leaf some-what thick, durable and greyish;
Devanagari characters with AETS; small, legible, uniform and good hand-writing; the Ms. presents an appearance of the work having been written in three different columns; but, really speaking, it is not so ; for, the lines of the first column go up to the two other columns; borders of each of the columns ruled in three lines, in black ink ; red chalk used; there is a hole in each leaf in the spaces between the columns; on the whole two holes ; a string passes through each of the holes ; leaves numbered in both the margins; in the right hand margin as 1, 2 etc., and in the left hand margin as wt, ì, saft, ua etc.; some of the leaves stuck
together; this Ms. contains the text as well as the commentary; leaf 1* blank; seven extra blank leaves precede it; one extra blank leaf at the end ; complete; extent 2800
