Extent.-- 3 leaves ; 15 lines to a page; 55 letters to a line. Description.—Country paper; Devanágarī characters; hand-writing legible; two irregular lines in black ink on each border; benedictory phrase, names of speakers mantras and the colophon are tinged with red pigment. Paper is very old, musty and decaying. About 1 inches on the left side, the edges are completely worn out and the text is lost at many places.

It deals with the practices of कापालिकs. From this we learn the names of 12 आचार्यs of कापालिकमत and 12 शिष्यs ( see below ). Curiously enough the महाकापालिक मन्त्र is in Hindi although the work as a whole is in Sanskrit.

भूतनाथो वीरनाथः श्रीकण्ठो द्वादशो मतः ॥ २ ॥ एते कापालिकाः प्रोक्ता वीरतुम्बी महाफलैः ।
शिष्याणां सूर्यसंख्या च तान् हो वच्मि सतां श्रणु ॥ ३ ॥
नागार्जुनो जडभृतो हरिश्वन्द्रस्तुतीयकः ।
सत्यनाथ भीमनाथो गोरक्षश्वर्पटस्तथा ॥ ४ ॥
