उड्डीसेन समाकीणे योगीवृंदसमाकुले। प्रणम्य शिरसा गौरी पृच्छति शंकरं ॥१॥ ईश्वरः श्रोतुमिच्छामि । लोकनाथ भगत्पते ॥ प्रसादं कुरु मे देव । इहि धर्मार्थसाधनं ॥२॥ वशीकरणमुच्चाट । मोहनं स्तंभनं तथा । शांतिकं पौष्टिकं चाथ | कारणं विविधानि च ॥३॥ चक्षुर्हानिर्मनोहानि । श्रुतिहानि तथैव च ॥ ज्ञानहानि क्रियाहानि । कीलकं च तथा परं ॥४॥ कार्यस्तंभ मुरेशानि । सवनं पूरण तथा ॥ मंत्रध्यानं विशेषेण | तत्सर्व वद मे प्रभो॥५॥ अन्यं च विविध कार्य । प्रसादाद बूहि भैरव ॥
येन विज्ञानमात्रेण | मनुजो भुवि दुर्लभः ॥ ६॥ ईश्वर उवाच॥
