ing legible; two lines in black ink on each border ; bene. dictory phrases names of speakers, colophons at the end of chapters and verse numbers are tinged with red pigment; paper is old and musty.
The work is a dialogue between Parvati and Dakşiņā. marti after the latter had finished his dance. The work is in nine chapters and treats of various figure-diagrams and their magical efficacy. fol. 11b contains a diagram of a rectangle divided into 100 squares with figures in them;
the total of any line of squares makes up soso. Age.- Appears to be old. Author. - Anonymous. Begins.-- fol. 10

गिरिशं शिरसा नत्वा चंद्रार्द्धदृ--शेखरं ॥१॥ श्रीदेव्युवाच॥ देव देव महादेव सृष्टिस्थित्यंतकारक ।
पूर्वमुक्तानि पंत्राणि कथयस्व कृपानिधे ॥२॥ दक्षिणामूर्तिरुवाच॥
शृणुष्वावहिता भूत्वा गिरिजे प्राणवल्लभे। अकथ्यं परमार्थेन तथापि कथशाम्यहं ॥३॥ विषमान्यंकयंत्राणि कथ्यते प्रथम श्रृणु।
नवकोष्टात्मके यंत्रे द्वतीये सप्तमे तथा॥४॥ etc. Ends.-- fol. 11
सुपात्राय सुशिष्याय भक्तियुक्ताय धीमते। रुद्रसंख्यांकयंत्राणि सर्वस्वं मम संदरि॥२४॥ इदं गोप्यतरं तंत्रं तवैवाग्रे प्रकाशितं ।
